Rudzani is a Security Risk Business Advisor as well as an Entrepreneur operating in the many sectors. He has done his security guards qualifications from Grade E to A and has also currently enrolled himself for advanced fire arm handling. Working in dangerous security sector, Rudzani saw it fit that he must also embark on safety skills and is thus a qualified, First Aider and Fire Fire Fighter. These skills help Rudzani in the execution of his security duties in difficult and dangerous conditions such as strikes, accident and VIP protection services.
As a manager, Rudzani equipped himself with managerial and people skills by undergoing various training and development programmes such as Problem and complaints handling, disputes resolution, crowd control amongst others.
Rudzani stared of in 1996 as security officer. After only one year as a security officer, Rudzani earned a promotion to Site Supervisor. It dint take him long to get another promotion to become an Area Supervisor, thus his work ethic, hard work and determination is seen through his achievements as a previous employee of ADT for over 15 years.
